We may use yoga, experiential exercises, &/or assignments that fit your specific therapeutic goals. It is my belief that there is freedom in commitment to the things that feel right and come from the heart. You will learn to feel & sense this on your journey in therapy. You will soon see a difference in how you operate in every day life.

I enjoy work one on one & w couples. As individuals we are so complex & relationships add to our complexity.
