She is experienced with using cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, client-centered therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, trauma-informed therapy, grief therapy and strength-based therapy and other treatment modalities. Throughout the process of therapeutic engagement and collaboration, the client’s treatment goals are identified and a unique and personalized treatment plan is developed.
