I work with a diverse group of individuals that have one thing in common, a desire to change and improve their lives. I partner with adult clients who are facing issues with ADHD, anxiety, depression, Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors (nail biting, hair pulling, skin pulling), stress management, and life transitions. I also work with couples whose goal is to create strong, loving, and, supportive connections.
My approach to therapy is multiform because I believe there is no “one size fits all” approach to fixing personal problems. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, and Emotionally Focused therapy into my practice. I also provide psychoeducation on boundary setting and assertion.
