As a Marriage & Family Therapist intern, I work with couples, teens, and women. I am ready to hear your story. I provide a non-judgmental, culturally, religiously, and spiritually respectful safe space for you to be your authentic self. I will encourage you to lead by setting goals that are important to you, support you, and offer ideas and tasks to help achieve your best life.

My goal is to help clients learn effective communication, identify their strength's and learn coping strategies for stress, anxiety, and trauma. Working to set and maintain boundaries, exploring new ways to connect and get your needs met. I use positive solutions and focus on what can be, not what was. I offer empathy, support, and honesty.
