I work with women who carry the weight of their negative childhood experiences into their adult lives. These experiences may have manifested into anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or a general sense of being stuck or frozen. When ignored or not dealt with, these deep impactful experiences from childhood eat away at us, despite "knowing better" as adults on how to deal our symptoms. The women I work with are looking to find healing from their pasts, to find their voice, and re-discover who they are and where they want to go in life. I hope to support you in this, too.
I utilize a"bottom-up", experiential approach that is centered around the present moment. I draw from brainspotting, coherence therapy, and a interpersonal neurobiology framework that meet clients where they're at. These therapies help you connect with your body and emotions, paving the way for deep healing and a greater sense of peace and direction forward.
