Whether you are struggling in your connection with yourself and others, in your relationship with food and your body, or in your processing of past trauma and hurt, I believe that a warm and collaborative therapeutic relationship can facilitate healing, growth, and change.
My clinical interests include eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, interpersonal dynamics, and identity development. I approach therapy with awareness that much of our present is informed by our past, our interpersonal relationships are central to our well-being, and learning to acknowledge and accept all parts of ourselves relieves suffering.
I strive to create a warm, open, and nonjudgmental therapeutic space. Additionally, I proudly identify as a HAES-informed practitioner. Engaging in psychotherapy can be simultaneously challenging, meaningful, painful, and rewarding.
