I was trained at Columbia University, and have over twenty years of experience in treating a variety of problems, including self-esteem issues, loneliness and interpersonal difficulties, as well as the many effects of early trauma. I also offer treatment to targets of workplace abuse, a potentially traumatic experience that can cause significant distress.
Your treatment will be conducted in a compassionate and respectful manner, and will be specifically tailored to your individual needs. As we begin to work together, I hope to help you gain a greater understanding of your situation, with the aim of ultimately helping you to feel better and enjoy an improved quality of life.
