Hi there! My name is Sarena and I’m here to help. To say I am passionate about my work is an understatement- it is so fulfilling to be in a position where I can support others in overcoming individual challenges, learning more about how their mind works, and changing their lives for the better. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience and Behavior (with a concentration in Justice Studies!) from the University of New Hampshire, then graduated with a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New England College. I have worked in the mental health field for over 6 years now.
I provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, parenting challenges, relationship difficulties, confidence issues, and more. My counseling style incorporates elements from multiple evidence-based psychological theories because every client has unique needs and life experiences!
