I'm a Certified NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) Therapist. I work with individuals (17+) and couples across the lifespan. I am particularly attuned to clients who've experienced childhood trauma or struggle with eating disorders, addictions, or religious and vicarious trauma. I also love working with therapists and other mental health professionals.

My heartfelt hope for clients is that they reconnect with the parts of them they’ve learned to lock away, permit themselves to simply exist, and come to realize that they are - and always have been - intrinsically rooted in love and their own inner wisdom.
