I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Anxiety Specialist, and Board Certified Life Coach with over 25 years of training in the mental health and coaching field. I offer a 3 focus treatment for anxiety and stress related issues (learning to initiate the relaxation response, reducing anxiety provoking messages, & decrease avoidance based behaviors ). My training includes evidence based treatments like CBT, DBT, mindfulness and EMDR to target anxiety,depression, impulse and behavioral issues.
