This is especially true for new parents who find themselves thinking new thoughts and feeling new feelings along the journey of hoping for, planning and growing a family. I'm here to help. I specialize in working with adults who are experiencing perfectionism, anxiety, depression, loss, and work-life balance issues, particularly during the perinatal period.
