Meaningful human connection is something we all desire, and is what I believe to be at the core of a strong therapeutic relationship. I have always had a passion for learning about other’s lived experiences and how they have shaped someone into the person they are.
I work to support you in a collaborative, warm, and direct manner to bring subconscious experiences to the conscious mind to create lasting habits, attitudinal and behavior modification. I utilize an integrative theoretical approach, including EMDR, IFS, Somatic, CBT, DBT, and ACT, adjusting accordingly to support your therapeutic goals.
I have extensive experience working with trauma, (complex) PTSD, chronic illness, grief, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. As a licensed school counselor, I also enjoy supporting students and families looking for support navigating academic settings, including 504/IEP support, school refusal, and peer conflicts.
