One thing I have learned throughout my life is the human experience is vibrant and full of an array of experiences that leave a unique impact on each of us. While many of these experiences can lead us to joy, hope, strength, and resiliency, others can lead us to fear, anxiety, hopelessness, and isolation. Becoming lost in the latter can often lead us to feel as though we are seeing life through a monochromatic lens. It is as though we have lost sight of the vibrancy that motivates us and leads to joy throughout our lives.
I use tools such as Trust- Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance-Commitment Therapy (ACT), and more to help process the pain of their past, create hope in their tomorrow, and embrace the joy in their today.
I work from the first "hello" to build compassion, understanding, and empower my clients to gain new insight into themselves.My hope is that you will leave therapy with a new perspective on your life to live vibrantly once again!
