One of the greatest offerings of therapy is the opportunity for change. I work both with clients who are wanting change and those who have been thrust into change without asking for it. Clients facing complex trauma & PTSD, grief, life transitions, and other big hurdles can find balance and restoration in their work with me. I help clients to reconstruct their relationships with trauma, loss, anxiety, and with the other people in their lives.
I work from an integrative, holistic approach, emphasizing mindfulness, creative expression, and somatic connection. I also rely on theoretical modalities like CBT and DBT to provide clients with tools to use in their daily lives that help to maintain progress toward desired change. I often use music therapy and sound healing techniques in sessions.
