I'm so glad you're here. It can take great courage to reach out for help. If you're feeling stuck, lost, or confused about how to find relief, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Most of my clients have survived some form of trauma, loss, or life disruption. I have unique experience working with complex, childhood, and recent trauma, substance use recovery, and identity confusion. I also specialize in helping adolescents with issues related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and peer relationships. Whatever the specific symptom, I am passionate about helping my clients feel heard, understood, and valued.
I use a number of modalities to help my clients find relief including art-based, IFS-informed, narrative, and solution-focused therapies. I also use EMDR, an evidence-based approach that helps to take away the 'sting' associated with traumatic memories, thus unlocking deeper healing and self-compassion.
