At Muddy Lotus Wellness & Therapy I believe in the power of metaphor and symbolism to make sense of life. Each person I see enters my office knowing I believe they are doing the best they can and that with the right tools, they can make the changes they choose. I see myself as a psychodynamic therapist that uses a number of tools and modalities.
