I am a clinical psychologist with 30 years of experience working with adults and young adults in individual therapy. I am a certified eating disorders specialist and am an experienced EMDR therapist.
I work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, eating disorders, substance abuse, medical/aging concerns, LGBTQ+ concerns, and relationship issues. My approach is strength-based and emphasizes using curiosity rather than judgement to address a client’s areas of concern.
