My work is designed to support you in tuning into your body and mind to access peace from within. I work with adults, children, and families who are challenged with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, grief, and conflict in relationships. Regardless of what brings you into the room, you can expect that our time together will offer a safe space where you can explore the learning from your past that may not serve you and find skills that support your unique healing process.
I have over 12 years of experience in the field. My training is rooted in accessing inherent wisdom from the mind and body in order to heal, and includes trauma resiliency, mindful self-compassion, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), parent coaching and parenting skills that teach mutual respect between parent and child.
I bring empathy, warmth and a bit of humor to the work to create a space where therapy can feel safe and, yes, even joyful!
