I work with a wide range of ages, from children to adults. I have experience with treatment of children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and depression. Specifically, I have been trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Brainspotting.
Life can be tough to handle on your own, and sometimes, a supportive, unbiased opinion can help to work through difficult memories and experiences. My goal is to help others develop coping skills they can use in moments of stress and difficulty.
