Hi, my name is Sarah and I get it - at any given moment life can be complicated, frustrating, hilarious, heartbreaking, chaotic, or beautiful. Maybe you’re feeling all of it at once. Through the beauty, chaos, joy, or pain, I think it’s important to remember that you don’t have to walk this ever changing road alone. As a licensed practical counselor (LPC) and nationally certified counselor (NCC) practicing in the state of Pennsylvania,
I aim to help kids, teens, and young adults that are struggling with anxiety, depression, panic, school stressors, peer relationships, and grief and loss. I also utilize components of art, mindfulness, positive self- talk to help build and strengthen the relationship you have with yourself and others.
