The option for animal-assisted therapy is coming in 2025! As a former public high school educator, my therapeutic methods are tailored to best meet your needs. I am a firm believer in carefully establishing a safe space for you to reflect, reassess, and refine what you think will best support you long term. Together, we will collaborate to develop strategies that promote and sustain independent skill building within your context. Meaningful growth can be uncomfortable, yet healing, and ultimately encourage you to thrive.
I specialize in ages 16+ with a focus on anxiety, depression, burnout, stress management, conflict resolution, life transitions, introversion, and HSPs (highly sensitive people). I've also lived and worked in Ecuador, Senegal, India, Australia, Spain, and Germany and have in-depth experience and knowledge surrounding the intricacies of multiculturalism.
With a little bit of humor and a lot of respect, curiosity, and compassion, I look forward to connecting with you to build an engaged and supportive relationship within which you feel seen and heard.
