Do you find yourself constantly thinking about food or what your next meal will be when you haven't finished the one in front of you? Does food control your lifestyle and get in the way of feeling connected and free? Not feeling in control and having an unhealthy relationship with food can feel embarrassing, alienating, and tiring due to food's essential part of our existence. Do you or your partner have mental health concerns that impact your relationship? Expressing concerns about your relationships can make you feel guilty or judged since you love the partner for who they are beyond their mental health.
I enjoy working with all types of people, but I am specifically interested in working with couples, individuals with eating disorders or disordered eating, and those with issues with executive functioning due to ADHD, anxiety, depression, or transitions, and veterans and their partners to help navigate those unique struggles and challenges.
Let my judgement free, genuine, holistic, and assertive approach help you rebuild and strengthen your relationships, whether it’s with food, your partner, or yourself. I bring enthusiasm in to every session and am passionate and hopeful about seeing people become happy and reach their fullest potential.
