Are you are parent struggling? Are you feeling overwhelmed and often frustrated? Are you searching for ways to connect with your child and find real solutions to decrease the power struggles and arguments? Is your child struggling with behaviors at home and/or school? Are they having difficulty expressing their emotions appropriately? I can help you and your child learn specific skills and strategies that will reduce power struggles and increase positive communication between you and your child. I am a Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) practitioner, focusing on trauma and attachment.

I love journeying alongside others to help you grow into the best version of yourself. You will learn new and specific coping strategies to reduce stress and conflict in your life and relationships. My therapeutic philosophy is to journey alongside of you. Using strength-based,client-centered approach.
