I will help you realize your strengths and abilities so that you can overcome challenges such as trauma, childhood trauma and abuse, PTSD, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, and life stressors. My goal is to build a safe and collaborative environment so that you can fully express yourself and we can work together to find what works for you.
I am certified in EMDR, which can really get to the root of what you are struggling with and heal deep wounds. I also use a strength-based approach, mindfulness and guided imagery, humor, and an insight-oriented approach.
