I work with trauma survivors, including those who have survived abuse and those raised in cults, as well as first responders, entrepreneurs, stay-at-home parents, and executives. It’s important that you feel seen and heard in our session. My goal is for you to feel secure enough to share anything you need to. Let’s work together to get you through the pain to the other side.
I tend to work from a cognitive behavioral perspective - how our thoughts impact our feelings and our actions - but I understand every person is unique and has their own needs in a session, so I’ll work within whatever framework is best for your journey. I may also ask you to do some “homework” outside of our sessions.
