My name is Sarah and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I have several years of experience working with clients with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have a primary focus of working with adults with trauma and/or anxiety disorders and I also enjoy working with clients with relationship issues, grief, and life changes/adjustments.
I use EMDR Therapy as my main therapeutic approach to treatment, however, I employ a variety of modalities when working with clients. I have attended trainings on DBT, mindfulness, and treatment of anxiety and panic disorders.
