Through collaborative work we can identify where you are at in your life journey and where you want to go, whether it is substance use, mental health concerns, trauma, life transitions or other needs. My passion is to help others gain personal insight, inner peace and awareness to promote lasting change.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor and a trained EMDR therapist. I work with individuals ages 16+. I also practice multiple methodologies including, ACT, DBT, CBT, Emotional Freedom Technique and others.
I have years of experience, in a variety of settings, working with addictions, life transitions, trauma, other mental health concerns and support/counseling through new or chronic medical conditions. I am currently available via telehealth for individual sessions and I look forward to working with you!
