I believe therapy works best and is most successful when there is a willingness to risk being vulnerable with a safe other. If you are someone who is motivated to learn more about themselves and take active steps to change this might be the right fit for you. My focus area and experience is working with women and both premarital and established couples. I offer deeper internal work through both IFS and Brainspotting. The client who will benefit best from the way I do therapy are those who are naturally self-reflective and those who find value in metaphor and symbolic language.
If you are an individual that feels stuck based on past experiences, want to learn more about yourself, or are grappling with anxiety I can help you with practical skills and a framework to help you introspectively explore your feelings. If you are someone who wants to try therapy for the first time I can offer a compassionate space to explore your needs.
If you are a couple who feels like there is a wall between you I can help you identify unhealthy patterns and empathize with your partner. If you are a new or premarital couple I can help you explore your relationship and gain practical tools for healthy long term communication.
