My work with adults and couples focuses on a wide variety of issues including stress and adjustment disorders, relationship struggles, family concerns, and mood disorders (and many things in between)! My approach to therapy is client-centered, drawing from evidence-based practices and integrating holistic perspectives.
I often use humor in my work and very much enjoy the process of getting to know each of my client's unique personalities and strengths. Our work together supports you in creating and reaching goals, decreasing problematic symptoms, and living a more fulfilling life.
