I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults relating to anxiety, depression, suicide, trauma, self-harm, adjustment, anger, emotion regulation, and behavior management both within the community and school settings. My therapeutic approach utilizes CBT, DBT, MI, and ACT.
I hold two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grace College and Theological Seminary. I am a therapist at Renovate Counseling Services, with offices in Huntington, IN and Bluffton, IN.
