I provide and integrative approach to treatment. I use the principles and techniques of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative, mindfulness-based therapy. I also incorporate creative interventions. Your treatment will be tailored to your needs. My approach is flexible, culturally sensitive, practical, and empathic.
My areas of speciality include eating disorders, body image, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I currently serve as marketing chair on the International Association of Eating Disorders, Miami Chapter. My goal is to facilitate clients to live a life that is consistent with each clients’ values, needs and priorities.
