I work with children, teens, and adults to help them to know and love themselves better, feel more connected to those who matter the most, and gain control over their lives.
I support clients in breaking generational cycles of ineffective ways of coping, communicating, and parenting. I help people identify what THEY want and need and make decisions that are right for them. I help parents learn respectful and positive tools and develop into confident family leaders. I help kids & teens be empowered to set and achieve their goals.
