Welcome! I’m so happy that you are making the steps forward. This first step is quite difficult. Since you're here, you should know you are not alone! I find myself drawn toward conversational-based therapy, where we are able to develop a relationship based on foundations of trust and honesty. When I say conversational-based therapy, I mean that I utilize a client-centered approach, while also using cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) to help challenge spots where you might be stuck and help you see a different perspective. At the same time, I am in no way the expert of your life and am here to help you navigate this world.
I enjoy working with children (7+ years old), teens, adults, couples, and families. I offer a safe space, undivided attention and genuine empathy.
If you find yourself in an obstacle, and need assistance, please reach out. I am always here to listen and assist.
