I help people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorder or difficult life transitions. I also specialize in helping people who come from difficult circumstances and are now struggling emotionally or with their relationships because of it. I am particularly focused on helping people heal from trauma, with an emphasis on the wounds of early childhood. In addition to my EMDR certification, I have additional training in trauma informed stabilization treatment and ego state therapy. I have also received training in Sandra Paulson's early trauma protocol. My approach to client work is flexible and attachment-focused.
I am a licensed clinical social worker and board approved supervisor with 18 years of experience. I work from a relational perspective and believe that you are the expert of your own life. I also work with dissociation, whether that means things feeling unreal and disconnected or feeling like there are parts inside that don't connect.
