My area of specialty and training include Anxiety, Depression, and Attachment Trauma. I take a psychodynamic, relational approach in my work. I believe that all of the healing and progress happens in the process of our therapeutic relationship.
In addition to my specialties, I regularly work with clients experiencing life stressors, conflict in relationships, family conflict, low self esteem, unwanted and intrusive thoughts, job dissatisfaction, and burnout.
