I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) in North Carolina, as well as Level 1 Family Centered Treatment (FCT) certified. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and families on various issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, and behavioral issues. I also have training in the basics of DBT.
L & B Counseling is breaking the stigma of counseling with an outside the box approach. We bring the office outside and engage with clients using creative activities. We are outdoors-oriented, but we do offer in-office and virtual appointments. We have multiple therapists, so if you prefer someone else, we have you covered.
