Taking the first steps toward asking for help requires a great deal of self-awareness and courage, so you are already moving in the direction of growth. And, as difficult as the journey of healing and self-discovery can be, you are never alone. Whether you struggle with past trauma, current crises or life stressors, toxic family dynamics, or a pervasive mood disorder like depression or anxiety, I am here for you. I will never judge, condemn, or ridicule you. I am here to provide empathy, support, guidance, and validation throughout the counseling process.
I work with a variety of clients of all ages (4-100) who are struggling with wounds from the past, current stressors, and future worries. I specialize in the treatment of PTSD and C-PTSD, and I offer EMDR as a supplement to my regular counseling services. I also have training as a life coach and adventure therapist and provide outdoor therapy services.
