Therapy offers a space to verbalize your experiences, sort through them, and connect them to feelings. This begins the process of change and self awareness. My priority is to provide a space where you can do this without judgment and feel safe, heard, and understood. I am also the kind of therapist who offers helpful insight and doesn't just sit back and listen, who can help you to see the role you play in your own life and help you grow.

I offer both individual and couples therapy. I enjoy working a variety of concerns including ADHD, individuals struggling with family or interpersonal relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma, going through divorce, adult children of divorce and a variety of couples concerns.
