I work with individuals ages 16+ who are navigating life challenges such as anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationship conflict, narcissistic abuse, stress, chronic illness, OCD, grief, adjustment, and complex trauma.
My therapeutic style is gentle, nurturing, but challenging when appropriate. I view my client as the expert in the room and it is my role to assist them in defining their therapeutic goals, fostering insight, and promoting change and healing through the lens of their values and lived experiences.
