Welcome! I am a clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience working with adults in outpatient mental health, partial hospital, and inpatient medical settings.
My specialties include anxiety disorders, navigating chronic illness, and supporting clients through losses and transitions of all kinds. Depending on your needs, we will likely incorporate techniques of cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness.
