Having a warm and caring connection with a therapist can help you through times of transition, stress, and uncertainty. I am here to support you by providing effective, evidence-based therapy in a comfortable setting. My areas of expertise include assisting clients who are dealing with a difficult transition, have experienced trauma, or are struggling with anxiety, depression, or ADHD. I will work with you to identify your goals and needs.
I draw from several evidenced-based modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to help my clients learn tools for coping and problem solving. You know yourself best. Together, we will identify what may help with your particular situation.
