I particularly enjoy working with individuals who are newly pregnant, just gave birth and are having the "holy crap" moment, or having difficulty bonding with their baby.
This life stage can be isolating and difficulty to navigate, but I can promise you, you are not alone on this journey and, with the proper help and support, you will get better.
