Navigating this fast paced world can be overwhelming, especially when dealing with the impact of trauma and stress, feelings of loneliness, and the pressure to have it all figured out. Throughout life, we pick up feelings of shame and self-doubt, making it difficult to feel connected and fulfilled. Whether you are working through life transitions, managing relationship issues, juggling multiple roles, developing your identity, or managing parenting stress, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Therapy is an excellent tool that allows individuals to dedicate intentional time to begin healing and explore a deeper understanding of self.

My therapeutic style is nonjudgemental, caring, open-minded, and authentic. I help individuals develop deeper self-awareness and self-acceptance, heal from trauma, manage stress, set boundaries, and deepen relationships. I use a trauma-informed approach and offer EMDR therapy. I value each person's individual strengths and experiences throughout the process.
