I bring a person-centered approach to my therapy services, working collaboratively with clients to highlight their personal strengths and values. I utilize a combination of cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and person-centered interventions in accordance with what works best for my clients. I also utilize play therapy modalities when age appropriate.
