I’m glad you’re here, taking the first big step towards making change in your life. I know it can be intimidating, but therapy doesn’t have to be overwhelming. I’m here to help you get where you want to be in life, and that is something we can do together. My specialties are anxiety, panic, stress management, and chronic or new medical conditions, including pain.
