My hope as a therapist is to provide a compassionate and relatable environment where I can support clients in developing greater self-awareness, improving relationships and navigating life’s challenges. My process is eclectic and collaborative with a strong foundation in attachment, relational and psychodynamic theories. I am particularly passionate about working with individuals needing support around romantic/intimacy difficulties, grief/loss and supporting folks in recovery and those impacted by another's addiction and/or substance dependence.
I provide a collaborative and client-centered approach and have experience working with a broad range of clinical issues and populations, primarily LGBTQ+ and those in relational distress. I understand both the discomfort and growth that comes from making changes, and the value in knowing you don’t have to do it alone.
Together we will uncover processes and patterns that no longer serve you. We will collaborate on developing and strengthening new ways of navigating the difficulties that are all too common. I look forward to working beside you on your path to understanding, acceptance and change.
