I utilize a person-centered approach to therapy because we are each shaped differently by our own experiences, and in turn, our mental health and recovery may also look quite different from each other. My approach emphasizes the importance of building trust and providing an environment that is easy-going so that my clients are able to fully explore and work on the various life challenges in a way that is comfortable and safe.
I offer a holistic approach to therapy utilizing therapeutic modalities such as CBT, EMDR, ERP, Strengths-Based Therapy, and many others. I have experience working with college students and young adults. I am specifically interested in working with individuals struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, life transitions, and other struggles as well.
