I have helped with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, family changes, relationships, self-esteem, and executive functioning (flexible thinking, planning, self-control, memory, time management, organization, etc.) I primarily use Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Neuropsychological approaches.
