The center of my practice is compassion for ourselves, for our messy lives, for our mistakes and challenges. I am a spiritual guide with a specialty in women's issues focusing my work on relieving anxiety, trauma (including religious trauma), living with grief and illness, and riding the waves of bipolar disorder, successfully living with our challenges, no longer allowing them to define us. Instead, we can use many methods to shift our minds and change our lives to live freely and peacefully. At times mediumship or energy guidance may be useful to therapy, yet only when a client is comfortable with these paths to healing.

To fully heal, we must access all parts of the self and extend beyond traditional psychotherapy to resolve challenges. I focus on healing foundationally up - spirit, mind and body. We can explore holistic methods such EMDR, Ayurvedic nutrition, ketogenetic therapy (with a doctor's approval), yoga, spiritual strategies and more.

Even if you feel weak or lost, deep within you remains unlimited power to rejuvenate. There is no need to "feel" strong to BE strong. Strength is simply perseverance through the pain or confusion, even if you don't know how you do it. I believe fully in you and in all people's ability to experience joyful and fulfilling lives.
