I’m a licensed social worker providing counseling services in the greater New York area. I seek to provide a safe space for my clients to feel heard, understood, and respected. I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan and specialize in helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, and trauma, explore sexual and/or gender identities, and can support you with goals related to career coaching, personal and professional growth, and navigating workplace relationships.
I utilize insight-oriented and psychodynamic approaches and orient my practice through a trauma-informed, anti-racist, and disability-justice lens. In addition, I have recently begun training in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).
